Welcome to the Dickenson County Litter and Recycling Office website.
The Dickenson County Litter Control Office has numerous programs and
projects. Some of these include: Assign-A-Highway, Illegal dump
cleanups, deployment of Surveillance Cameras, Litter Enforcement, John
Flannagan Lake Cleanup, Tri-County Regional Programs,
Outreach to schools, businesses and civic groups, County wide Spring
cleanup, Electronics Recycling, Household Hazardous Waste Collection
and Clean Your Files Day, and now citizen recycling center located at
the Solid Waste Transfer Station in Fremont, VA.
